Each and every one of Spectrex detectors is factory calibrated and tested.
Halogen light and radiators emit radiation that can cause false alarms. After calibrating the detectors, making sure they are immune to these threats, we test them in front of real fire.
This test proves that our detectors cannot be distracted from detecting fire, even in challenging conditions.
