This is me back in 2006 leading the 2nd of the 10 foundation postures known as Nei Kung. If you want to try this give it a shot. I think this is the best posture to start with. Try doing it for 3-6 times in each foot distance. Middle distance, small distance then large (but not to large). Watch this over and over again and get the details. There are subtle things you will see BUT only after you have actually tried this many times. Please feel free to leave comments and I will respond ASAP.
