When you get your son or daughter involved in the Student or College Ministry, they become exposed to a interactive environment where they explore the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. They become familiar with names, people, places, traditions, commandments and significant events found throughout the Bible.
Our Student Ministry consists of youth ages 12-18 years of age and our College Ministry is for any college or university student currently attending TVC or a TVC member that is away to attend a college or university.
Scheduled Meetings
The Student Ministries experience worship in separate areas throughout the church, but receive the same quality of teaching. Our youth and college ministries learn to apply the word of God to their everyday lives through bible study lessons, worship services, song, dance, games, healthy debates, community outreach, evangelism outings, and many other fun-spirited activities. This takes place at the NE Campus at 9:30am on Sunday Mornings, on the Campus of the University of Texas at San Antonio on Monday evenings in the Arts building at 6:00pm and on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm at our NE Campus.
Throughout the year we try to get the Student and College ministries involved in events that take place outside the church walls. Just like the location, the dates are subject to change. Events held by the Student & College Ministries will be posted in the Sunday morning worship guide along with other forms of communication to keep you abreast of current events.
We are always looking for volunteers that can help us look over our most precious gifts.
