Have you ever heard about the Tyson Squats workout? It is a squat workout at home, without equipment, and you only need a deck of cards.
The Tyson squat workout was allegedly invented by Mike Tyson while he was in prison. Trying to come up with intense exercises within a limited space, he invented this killer lower body sequence.
Tyson squats are essentially a thigh workout at home, and perhaps the hardest squat challenge at home ever put together. It is a deck of cards workout, since you literally take a deck of cards and place several piles into a row in front of you.
As you move down the row, you have to squat and pick one card at a time until you clear one of the piles, and then return then down on top of the next pile, one squat at a time.
With ten piles in front of you, you’ll be doing a lot of squats, targeting your thighs like never before. If you want to strengthen your legs, burn thigh fat, and target your quadriceps like never before, this is the best squat workout for testing your metal.
Being a squat challenge, you can count your reps and write them down at the end of the video, and leave a comment below telling us how many you’ve completed. This thighs workout is supposed to be fun, so let’s make a game out of it.
Make sure to perform a proper squat, going all the way down, while keeping your back flat. The Tyson squat workout is not an everyday workout, so make sure to rest your lower body for a couple of days before giving this squat challenge another try.
