1/2 cup flour
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 cup onion
3 garlic
1 lb crawfish
Seafood stock
Kitchen Thyme creole seasoning
Cayenne Pepper
Salt
1 tablespoons green onion
