In today's video, we're going to learn how to make a crossbody bag that converts into a backpack. It's super easy to make, even though it might seem complicated. I'll also show you how to draft the pattern so you can make it any size you want. Materials
With pattern 1 (lid): One contrasting fabric, one lining fabric, one foam sheet, and two sheets of soft interfacing.
With pattern 2 (body): One main fabric (in my case, faux leather), one lining fabric, two foam sheets, and two sheets of soft interfacing. Using pattern 2 folded (pocket): One piece of main fabric, one piece of lining fabric, and one piece of soft interfacing.
Internal pocket: 20cm zipper and 24x30cm lining fabric.
Fasteners: 5 pieces of 5x5cm (in my case, faux leather) and 5 half-moons.
Strap: 8x140cm strip, 2 snap hooks, and one backpack strap.
