On October 3, 2022, I visited the Uralan stadium in Elista (Kalmykia) and was shocked by what I saw! The entire stadium was surrounded by a fence made of corrugated board about 3 meters high, and the stadium itself is falling apart and the field is overgrown with weeds!!! It was simply abandoned to destruction! Why did they fence it all off? Let children kick a ball here and ordinary people run around the stadium, but no! Not for themselves, not for people!!!! Barbaric attitude!!!!!!!
