Why Many Professional Artists Lose Their Passion for Creating
There’s a widely held belief among many people in the art community, that the best way to lose your passion for the creative process is to just go professional. And in some ways, that statement is true. Artistic burnout is a very real thing among professional artists.
But I don’t think it’s happening because they start doing artwork for clients, or because they’re now making money off of their art. It’s happening because they’re introducing the element of time into their creative process. But the good news is there’s a fix for that. And that’s what I want to talk about in this video.
