The fun went on all day and night, all weekend long. This year’s rally was extra special after it was cancelled last year due to the pandemic. "
About Lone Star Rally
-Bikers and enthusiasts alike converge on Galveston every November for the famous Lone Star Rally. The rally offers four days of fun in the sun by the Gulf of Mexico's sparkling waters. The event brings together some 400,000 people and an estimated 150,000 motorcycles each year, making it North America's largest four-day bike rally.
-Visitors can also look forward to seeing vendors selling everything from chopper trailers to saddle bags, leather jackets, clothing and jewelry, custom bike painting and more along downtown Galveston and the pier 21 area.
-There are events like a Sound Off Competition, Old Time motorcycle Rodeo Games, Drive-in Car Show, and a Slingshot Showdown. Dozens of artists also perform .
Tips.
-Admission is free, but VIP passes are available for purchase
-parking is very expensive and challenging.
recommend Railroad Museum for $20 for day just few blocks away from The Strand.
-Use restroom in advance. long lines and not very clean.
