download the link (https://www.mediafire.com/folder/n5z7...)
download 360 neighborhood
create a new dashboard folder on your desktop
drag and drop the folder with the dashboards into the new folder
drag and drop the NEW dashboard folder into 360 neighborhood
turn on the Xbox and enter the EXE and go into the dash launch
go into the inputs and select dash then select the desired dashboard
just reboot the console and it’s completed

PLEASE NOTE: YOU NEED TO BE ON 17559 AND HAVE ONE OF THE STEALTH SERVERS LINKED BELOW TO LOAD THESE, IF YOU DO NOT THEN THE CONSOLE WILL TELL YOU THE DISC IS UNREADABLE WHEN YOU RUN THE DASH.XEX FILE.

WHEN USING PROTO STEALTHER ON NXE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE GUIDE, THE GUIDE WILL ENABLE AGAIN WHEN YOU ENTER A GAME.
