Watch as architect and Food for His Children impact team volunteer, John Klockeman, shares his expertise with the FFHC team in Tanzania! During this hands-on workshop, John taught team members how to safely use power tools, levels, and essential construction skills to build a trellis in the Farm and Innovation Center parking area, creating new spaces for grapes and other climbing crops. The team also crafted structures for vertical farming, empowering them to take on future building projects independently.
At Food for His Children, we believe in building capacity that lasts. Our impact teams are dedicated to equipping local teams with the skills and knowledge to create solutions that benefit their families and communities for generations to come. With these new skills, FFHC’s team is now prepared to take on more projects without the need for outside help, supporting sustainable agriculture and growth in their community.
