Fried fish is one of those dishes that everyone always loves!
In reality, mixed fried fish is a seafood main course that we all wish we had ready because we think it's difficult to make perfectly, perhaps laborious and complicated.
Dear friends, I'll show you that you can achieve excellent results with very little effort.
First, I'll tell you right away that I made the batter for fried fish using only 00 flour and sparkling water.

You often ask me what types of fish are best for frying, and I can only give you one suggestion: the ones you like!
In this case, I used calamari, cod, hake, red mullet, and shrimp, but obviously you can vary the list of ingredients according to your personal tastes.

But can you also make fried fish in the oven? The answer is "no."
Frying is undoubtedly frying, and if eaten occasionally, nothing will happen. But if you can't eat it for some reason, you can do it by basting the pieces well before baking them, keeping in mind that, depending on what you're cooking, the different pieces will have different cooking times.

You can easily fry frozen fish if you thaw it thoroughly first, but I recommend using fresh seafood to ensure the fish's flavor is perfect.

As for the types of fish to fry, ask your trusted fishmonger for advice; I believe that only by relying on expert hands will you be able to create a dish that tastes like it came straight from a restaurant.
