Emeri De Bortoli's Bolognese
No matter what season it is though, you can’t beat a good spaghetti bolognese. Possibly one of my favourite things to eat - all year round. We were lucky enough to film Emeri De Bortoli (the Matriarch of the De Bortoli family) making her delicious bolognese, which was one of her late husband Deen’s favourite weekday meals.
