Actually FIFA 18 is a fully optimized game.You can run it on almost all medium spec PC can run it on "ULTRA" mode.But sometimes it drops fps.You may or may not get 60 FPS.

Intel core-i7 5500U
nvidia920m 2 GB VRAM GPU
2.4 Ghz CPU
I run the game in "ultra" settings.It causes no lag for me.But in the gameplay there is some lag due to recording.
