This Diablo 4 Necromancer Build for leveling in Season 2 is the Blood Summoner Necromancer. This is the best build for summoning lots of minions and dealing huge AoE damage, without requiring any uniques or legendary aspects. This build combines the very powerful buffs to blood abilities, specifically blood surge and the huge buffs to minion damage and defense.
After looking at the patch notes, this build seems to be incredibly strong and will do crazy damage with the new vampire abilities coming in season 2. This should help you easily level necromancer from 1-50 super fast.
