A detailed master class on knitting a GARTER STITCH sweater. Size: 44-50 (S-L). Yarn: cotton + PA Italian bobbin yarn 170m/100g. Yarn consumption: 920g (since garter stitch "eats" a lot of yarn). Needles: #4.0 for the main fabric, #3.0 for the cuffs and hem, and the false knit; #3.75, 3.5, 3.25, and 3.0 for the collar (6 cm).
My knitting gauge is 2.2 stitches per cm, so if you can handle this gauge, feel free to follow my Master Class.
In the video, I explain and demonstrate in detail the shoulder slope, the round neckline design, and how to knit the dropped shoulder.
Dimensions: width 53 cm, length 59 cm, sleeve length from armhole 46 cm.
After the WTO, the dimensions decreased by about 1 cm in length, but the width remained unchanged. The sweater was washed in a WASHING MACHINE at 30°C and 800 rpm.
