By default, Firefox uses Google as its search engine, but users can customize it to use any other search engine they prefer.
To change the default search engine, start by opening Firefox and clicking on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the browser window. It will open a menu, from which you should select "Options." In the left-hand menu, switch to the "Search" tab.
You will see a drop-down menu in the Search section labeled "Default Search Engine." Click on this menu and select the search engine of your choice. You can choose from popular options such as Bing, Yahoo, and DuckDuckGo.
After you have selected your preferred search engine, close the Options window. Firefox will now use your new search engine as the default for all searches.
