We concluded an acquisition for $71.4 million in cash in July 2022.
GoDaddy announced the acquisition of Dan.com at the end of June, although the transaction had not yet concluded. Because GoDaddy branding emerged on Dan.com’s landers last month, the acquisition looks to have finalized in July.
In 2020, Dan.com raised a multi-million dollar Series A financing. The initial announcement’s phrasing made it appear to be in the single digit millions. If there were future funding rounds, they were not made public, as far as I am aware.
