My Experimental Eucalyptus Honey & Dark Malt Beer/Mead Combo
Today we're making a weird recipe! This mead is technically a braggot (which is a beer and mead mixture). This brew used some malt extract and eucalyptus blossom honey in the beginning... I then had to do some stuff to fix it because it was pretty wild! You can find the recipe below - I hope you enjoy the video and journey!
Eucalyptus Braggot Recipe - Not Perfect
3 Pounds of Dark LME
5 Pounds of Eucalyptus Honey
Water Up to 3 Gallons
5 Grams of Safale Wb-06
14 grams of Fermaid O (Definitely too much considering there is malt in here)
Stabilized 1 Pound of Eucalyptus Honey
Blended with a 1 Gallon of Hopped Mead (Evergreen hops)
