It uses my grunge Shipping Container theme based on the game files. You could turn this into a Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle community space if you prefer. Everything functions, but the NPCs don’t always turn up.
You can download a CC-free version if you prefer, and it functions exactly the same, it just looks cleaner than what you see in this TS4 Build video.
