Time, something that we all want more of.
Now have a think about what you can do with and entire extra day per week.
Granted this is a personal example specifically for Phil, but it goes to my point that for a successful Copilot implementation, or any Generative AI implementation for that matter you need to focus on the business case.
What are the 3 or 4 areas that you want to move the needle on and how can you apply Copilot to those areas.
This is where you will get the most value, not just hype.
Identify business outcomes, improve them and the "hype" will never go away.
