The morning's minimum temperature was recorded at 7 degrees Celsius. The report also indicated that less than 5 mm of rain is expected to fall at one time from the Yoro region to the mountains, particularly in Jagang Province, along with light snowfall on Mt. Paektu. Meanwhile, the rest of the region is expected to be mostly cloudy, with clearer skies anticipated in the city of Rason and the coastal area of North Pyongan Province.
In the forecast for the next day, KCTV mentioned that rainfall levels would be high in some areas south of the center. They highlighted that sporadic rain is likely in some regions of Gangwon-do and Hamgyeongnam-do, including Geum, with amounts less than 5 mm. As for the wind conditions, it was reported that winds would blow at 3 m/s in Kaesong, remaining mostly cloudy throughout the day. The southeast wind will blow over the sea in the first half of tomorrow, with relatively strong winds expected before gradually weakening.
