Prototypical Problems Holotape Quest | Fallout 76
I hope this helps anyone having issues finding how to download the data from the main terminal! You need the siphon tape dispensed by the analyst terminal, in the same area! Don't leave to look outside of the "instance" for another holotape. Good luck friends!
