To start we will change the desktop background (wallpaper) and briefly discuss other settings in the control panel. Next we adjust the color scheme. We will be adding additional color schemes to the control.ini file with some comma separated hex vales i have saved in a text document. We also change the system fonts and size by editing the winini file and using a program called sysfon
For demonstration we are using Windows 3.1 running on a virtual machine under virtualbox
