Teens Kickboxing Grading September 2024
Congratulations to everyone who passed their new armband ranks at the recent Teens and Adults Kickboxing grading test at GIANT.
Special mention to Anthony Baladi on achieving his Purple Armband.
The grading has everything from fitness, skipping, body strength, sprints, burpees, lots of technical pad rounds and ending with sparring.
