YES I CAN and YOU CAN TOO!
I hope you will join me on this NEW adventure. I have Arthritis but I have a new treatment and I’m not letting that terrible disease stop ME! This is the first of a series of videos where I share my journey in learning that I CAN move again. To not be in an old mindset of “that might hurt too much” and to get out and TRY.
