Learning to Unlearn: A foundational Skill for all in a fast changing world
In collaboration with ETM-Unlearn and the Agile Business Consortium
Unlearning is the process of discarding something from your mind and clearing the way for new learning. This interactive session will look at practical mechanisms for you to unlearn your bad habits and old thinking patterns!
We all get that we need to continually learn, but our bigger challenge is Unlearning, letting go of the past! If we truly want to be agile the very first step is being willing and able to let go of the past. Being open to and willing to challenge our existing beliefs. As Epictetus, the great Greek philosopher once said; "It is impossible to begin to learn that which one thinks one already knows".
Join Stephen Dowling from ETM in this engaging and inspiring session ‘Learning to Unlearn’ a foundational skill to survive & thrive in a fast-changing world? as he explores this question, we can find out why this is the case and how can we go about and embrace this mindset?
We hope you come away thought-provoked and feeling inspired to experiment.
