This explains the mode of reading to be chosen, the content to read and the way to read so as to maximize your chances of scoring high in verbal section. Some special tricks to deal with comprehension based questions are also discussed at the end of the video.
This video focuses on tackling comprehension based questions as that forms the core of verbal section in these examinations. In CAT, most of the questions in verbal section will be based on comprehension skills and in GATE the toughest questions in verbal section will be based on comprehension skills. There will be questions in GATE based on synonyms or vocabulary but you will automatically do well in those if you have read enough in order to prepare for comprehension based questions.
