How To Change WordPress Admin Password with cPanel and phpMyAdmin
This video will show you how to change the WordPress admin password using phpMyAdmin with cPanel. The steps are relatively simple:
1. Navigate to the database in phpMyAdmin
2. Choose the users table
3. Edit the user - choose MD5 and click Go

00:05 - starting from cPanel
00:25 - access phpMyAdmin
00:40 - locate database name and info
01:16 - select database in phpMyAdmin
01:25 - select users table (typically wp_users)
01:40 - edit the users table
01:48 - enter password details
02:05 - select Go to proceed with the changes
