Recipe:
400 g flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon baking soda
150g butter
mix into crumbs

120 ml kefir (half a cup)

and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Make the filling:
120g flour
150g sugar
60g butter
mix into crumbs
I add the zest of 1 lemon
you can add nuts if desired
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide into 2 parts
Roll each part into a large sheet
grease with egg white
Sprinkle with the filling
roll into a roll and cut into pieces
You get 28 pieces from the entire dough
Bake at 180°C
until golden brown
I use 15 minutes for baking minutes
