MDaemon Tutorial - How to Configure Archiving for Inbound and Outbound Email
MDaemon includes integrated email archiving with options for archiving all inbound and outbound email to a designated folder or to designated email addresses. Archived messages can be organized into additional folders based on the domain, the sender's address, and the recipient's email address. When archiving to a folder, the MDaemon administrator can create a separate account to browse the archive in MDaemon Webmail or another email client. Administrators can also choose to archive to a public folder hierarchy, and then assign folder access permissions to delegate access to the email archive for designated individuals.
