Introduce DTF Printing & Step-by-step Tutorial
Direct-to-film printing, also known as DTF printing, is a new one-for-all-fabirc technique! It makes printing t-shirts easier and better! It requires a special DTF printer, ink, powder and transfer film, which altogether can bring vivid and vibrant prints on various fabrics. You can easily get amazing breathable, stretchable, soft and wash-resistant results!
Procedures
1. Use DTF printer to print image on the matte side of DTF film;
2. Cover the printout image with DTF powder, and melt it in an oven, or using a heat blower gun or a heat press;
3. Transfer the image onto the T-shirt by pressing in 160℃ for 12-15 seconds;
4. Peel off the top clear film after it cools down.
