When Amazon's carrier lost my first order, the Potensic support was outstanding; super fast communication and understanding of my disappointment. My repeat order was delivered without problems.
This Potensic Atom Combo is much better than I expected for a drone at this price point. The stability of the drone and the video, even in a brisk breeze, is amazing.
The video and photos are excellent out of the box, but shutter speed/white balance etc can be tweaked in settings along with much else. All in all, as a first drone, I found it easy to fly, well constructed, and very good value for money.
