If you need Android Oreo ROOT, flash Magisk to root Android oreo 8.0.

How To Install Android 8.0 Oreo Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon Kenzo/kate AOSP 8.0.0:
Step 1: Download and Copy MIUI firmware, Oreo 8.0, magisk ZIP to your phone Internal storage.
Step 2: Boot into Custom recovery. Make sure to have a Custom recovery like TWRP.
Step 3: Backup Everything, then wipe System, data, cache, dalvik cache and click on Install.
Step 4: Choose & Install one by one like MIUI firmware, Oreo 8.0, Magisk ZIP.
Step 5: Then reboot your phone.
