Windows 11 Temporary Profile Login Issue [FIXED]
This video going to fix temporary profile login issue in Windows 11. We get notification about Temporary Profile and when we open it we get this message "We can't sign in to your account windows 11 this problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in ". This can be fixed by modifying some keys in the registry.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You should take back up before attempting this or any fix to solve this error.

-On keyboard hold down the 'windows' key and press the 'r' key.
-In the run prompt type regedit and hit enter.
-In the registry editor, browse to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
-Expand the ProfileList key and find the key that has .bak added to it.
-Delete the key that has the same string of characters, but DOES NOT have .bak next to it.
-Rename the key with .bak. Just delete the '.bak' part and hit enter.
-Close registry editor and reboot. You should be able to get back in to your profile now.
