Scanning Technique
1) King Safety = 3 pawns + minor piece infront of it.
2) Pieces = Active / passive. If bishops are present, apply colour complex.
3) Pawns = Actual and potential Weakness / Majority vs minority / Islands / Passed pawns.
4) Holes
STEP 2 ( 3-5 minutes )
Applying prophylaxis
1) If opponent has any good idea - try to take preventive measures against that good idea before starting to improve pieces.
2) If opponent has a bad idea - Let him play and punish the move with drawback principle.
3) If opponent does not have a clear idea - Improve your pieces
