Did you know about the banner contest at Arts Fest?
Each year fiber artists can enter a 72” long by 30” wide creation to wave in the wind as visitors stroll the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.
On Saturday winners will be announced in three categories, professional, general and youth.
