Apple Crescent Dumplings
Simple yet drool-worthy! Oven baked apples cored and en-robed in fresh dough, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar then fried & topped with a scoop of vanilla bean icecream. I just knew I had to take the idea home and recreate them for my family. And just like that, the Apple Crescent Dumpling became a favorite. In Gerhard's Living Kitchen, with the help of my Viking 30" Electric Premiere Oven, I was able to get my craving out of my head and on to my plate in no time at all! All I needed was canned dinner rolls, apples with a bit of cider, butter & of course, cinnamon sugar.
