Some have asked about the Cessna 182T's characteristic of requiring rotation for takeoff. Here is a brief section from our very first time taking off in a Cessna 182T. You will see the following:
First reaction after flying the Skyhawks
I rotate at 100kias, and the plane actually goes right back down on the runway after releasing pressure on the yoke
Requires back pressure all the way to 120kias to maintain level flight
