Alokkair, an old lich who lived in lair under Shadowdale, a Wizard-King, who once possessed own kingdom of Hlonagh in the desert of Anauroch. He was a descendant from Netherese. With powerful allies of Shadowar, Shar clerics and drow he was one of the main creators of the Rite of Unwinding, that rendered Shadowdale and Elminster of all magic that allowed the invaders to capture the region.
