How to remove and refit Worcester Greenstar Ri boiler condensate trap / siphon step by step

Before to start any work on gas appliance isolate the power, turn off the gas and the waters.
1. Download manual

2. Remove front cover
3. Disconnect the discharge hose from the condensate pipe.
4. Rotate the siphon body clockwise to release the bayonet connection.
5. Pull the siphon body down and away from the boiler.
4. Clean the trap and check visually.
5. Fill siphon with 200 to 250 millilitres of water.
6. Push the siphon up onto the sump assembly until it fully engages with
the sump connection.
7. Twist the siphon to the left to secure the bayonet connection.
8. Push the discharge hose, onto condensate pipe so that at least
25mm of the condensate pipe is inserted into the discharge hose.
