Thanks to the Milan dealership Moltocycle https://moltocycle.it/, we rode the Ducati 748R. A racing bike with a license plate, built from 1994 to 2002 to compete against the Japanese 600 cc four-cylinder bikes in the Supersport category. It won there thanks to wonderful riders like Paolo Casoli and Fabrizio Pirovano.
The technical foundation is the incredible Ducati 916 designed by Massimo Tamburini. A steel trellis frame, aluminum swingarm, and a 748 cc desmo engine that reached up to 114 horsepower in the R, the most race-oriented and today sought-after version of the 748.
In the video, we'll show you how it rides, but without exaggerating: it's a motorcycle of great importance, even historically. And falling is out of the question!

PRO
AS BEAUTIFUL AS ONLY MASSIMO TAMBURINI'S MOTORCYCLES.
STILL MODERN, EFFICIENT, SAFE.
PRICE INCREASING, ALTHOUGH NOT AS MUCH AS THE 916. BUT THE 748R IS CERTAINLY THE MOST WORTH-PRECIOUS OF THE 748S.

CONTRAST
MANY HAVE RACED ON THE TRACK, LOOK FOR A HEALTHY EXAMPLE!
MAINTENANCE IS THAT OF A RACING MOTORCYCLE AND MUST BE DONE BY EXPERT HANDS.
IT'S SMALL, LIGHT, AGILE. BUT AFTER A WHILE YOUR WRISTS MAKE YOU FORGET YOUR NAME.
