How to Install Mods for Alpha 21
Here I show the new way to install mods into 7 Days to Die into "appdata", and move your save game folder to a location of your choice out of appdata itself. This will be required in a future update if it isn't already.
No need to download any program for this as I show it using Windows built-in zip manager, though if you would like to use 7-zip it is free.
Always make sure you download mods that have in their description they are for the version you are running. ALL MODS WERE BROKEN IN AUG 2022 WITH THE 20.6 UPDATE!! So if the mod you want to install hasn't been updated since before 20.6, there is a very high chance it will NOT work.
Overhauls can have a bit different process but only because they can contain more than 1 folder. Usually 1 folder per mod bundled together to make the overhaul.
ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MOD MAKER'S INSTRUCTIONS IF THEY HAVE ANY!!
