Perfect Lateral Raise Form⬇️
Want to tone those medial delts (side of your shoulders)?
✅Instead of your arms moving straight out to the sides, bring them slightly in front of your body (about 20-30 degrees).
✅Rather than having your elbows locked out, have a slight bend
✅Instead of raising the weight as high as you can, stop when your wrists get to shoulder level.
🔥PS: You don’t need a ton of weight for these! If you find that you’re having to swing your body to lift the weight up, it’s probably too heavy ! (10-20lbs is good for most people)
