Infinite orbital cannon with Cheat Engine(NOT PATCHED)
This is probably the simplest way to get an infinite orbital cannon/to remove the cooldown for it in GTA V.

yes and no, this method is not detected by the anti-cheat of GTA but if you use this too much there is a chance you will be banned but probably not (manual ban), because they will probably think you are using an exploit or a glitch.
