Swimming at Point Nemo
In March 2024, I led an expedition to Point Nemo in the Southern Pacific ocean. This is the point furthest from land in any direction and is also known as the Oceanic Pole of Inaccessibility.
I marked the occasion by getting in the water exactly at Point Nemo and going for short swim.
The water temperature was 10 degress Celsius and waves were around 2.5m.
