'NOVA' - OP1 Location Recording - CJ Hillman (using Hainbach's Waves Plugin)
While on a cycle ride in North Wales I decided to stop and come up with a quick OP-1 Idea. I recorded the Wurlitzer part and second Synth part on the spot which I felt reflected the the tension of being close to the waves crashing into the rocks. When I got home I tried a few other overdub ideas but went with two Guitar parts using my old Fender Telecaster on Strymon Reverb. There is also a Baritone Guitar part in there too for a little bit of low end contrast. Lastly I used the Hainbach Waves Plugin to create a more dark atmosphere on the Cassette track. I absolutely love this plug in!
I really hope you like this one. I have re recorded this and it will soon be out on a full Instrumental album later in the year.
