Yeni GeoArme® Duvarlarımız Malatya’da Yükseliyor
Malatya – Kapıdere Projesi kapsamında toplam ön yüz alanı 3.214 m², toplam hat uzunluğu 452 m olan 3 adet GeoArme panel tipi toprakarme duvarın imalat çalışmaları devam ediyor.
Projede, ön yüz elemanı olarak klasik toprakarme panelleri ile ForStrap geosentetik polimer şeritler birlikte kullanılıyor.
Çelik şeritli sistemlere alternatif olarak geliştirilen bu çözüm; zemin ve çevresel etkilere karşı yüksek dayanım sağlayarak uzun servis ömrü sunuyor.
Maksimum 11,50 metre yüksekliğe ulaşacak duvarlarda ayrıca Viacon koruge çelik yapılar da yer alıyor.
Panellerin şantiyede üretilebilmesi ise özellikle uzak lokasyonlu projelerde önemli uygulama avantajı sağlıyor.
Our New GeoArme® Walls Are Rising in Malatya
Construction works are ongoing for 3 GeoArme® panel type reinforced soil walls within the scope of the Malatya – Kapıdere Project, with a total facing area of 3,214 m² and a total alignment length of 452 m.
In the project, conventional reinforced soil wall panels are combined with ForStrap geosynthetic polymeric strips as the facing reinforcement system.
Developed as an alternative to steel strip systems, this solution provides high resistance against ground and environmental effects while offering a long service life.
The walls, which will reach heights of up to 11.50 meters, also include Viacon corrugated steel structures. The ability to produce the panels directly on site provides a significant application advantage, especially for remote project locations.
