Cream Puffs | Crispy and Tasty

I decided to try out making these puff as my first baking practice, loved how they turned out.

Puff:
2 eggs
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
a pinch of salt

Custard Cream:
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
3/4 warm milk

Whipped Cream:
2/3 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon of sugar

Oven Temperature and Duration for the Puffs:
First bake at 200°C for 10 minutes
Then 180°C for 20 minutes
Lastly 160°C for 10 minutes

Notes:
*A wider nozzle would have been better for making the puffs
*I let them cool down a bit longer and they became more solid and crispier before I was able to insert the cream which made it slighly challenging when making the holes with the chop stick.
