Manchu Archery Follow Through
There are three variations of the full swing Manchu follow through. The first has the draw hand with an open palm, the second a closed fist, and the third with the index finger straightened out with the other fingers closed. I tend to prefer the second because it's more consistent for me (still need to work on that). There are other types of follow through in Manchu archery, not all have the draw arm swing out full.
